If there is a problem with your fish finder within 30 days of the purchase and you need to return it for a replacement or a refund, please contact BestFishFinder.com. After 30 days, there is a 1 year manufacturers warranty that covers all fish finders sold at bestfishfrinder.com

We will supply you with an RMA number. Package the fish finder back up in the boxes it came in. Write the RMA number on the top and sides of the box and ship it back to the warehouse. We will supply the warehouse address when you notify us. When the fish finder is received at the warehouse, your replacement will be shipped. If the transaction is a refund, once the fish finder is received at the warehouse, the refund is made to bestfishfinder.com. Once the refund has been deposited back into the bestfishfinder account, the refund is issued to the customer.

Failure to return the fish finder will forfeit the refund.

If you fail to return the packaging in tact, we will issue a 15% restocking fee, necessary to pay for the re-packaging materials for the fish finder.
